Best vacuum I've owned. I purchased one lasted 3 years then it stopped turning on. I had Best buy extended warranty got a full refund and purchased another same vacuum updated version. I think its a great vacuum but the warranty is a must.

This vacuum is the sucker of all suckers. It can suck a golf ball threw a large diameter garden hose with ease. Cleans your floors and is fun to drive around the house sucking things up.

It was easy to assemble and works great. Picks up much better than my last vacuum.

This animal is just as it advertises.amazing suction power and it’s so satisfying seeing the small grains of dirt coming from what you though was clean carpet.

We are happy with the suction power but the quality of plastics has greatly decreased. We had the original animal and the pieces would click together easily and didn’t bend. This new vacuum is not the same. I’d rather pay the $100 extra dollars and have quality parts.

Great vacuum. Have two dogs this thing does a great job of sucking up their hair.

This vacuum is incredible. It's constantly pulling up all sorts of things I never knew was in my carpet. If you want to hate carpets forever, buy this vacuum, because it will disgust you with how much it pulls up. That being said, DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM IF YOU HAVE SHAG CARPETS. It will be a pain or possibly not even work. This is for short carpets or a bare floor. There are workarounds, but for the price, you don't want to deal with workarounds. Also consider that because of the tight seal on the vacuum head, you will struggle to pick up larger debris such as cereal. You'll need to use the hose for this. That said, you wont have to worry about pet hair.

We love this vacuum. The brush works great and it really seems to get everything out of our carpets. We turn the brush off for our rugs and laminate, and the suction works well. I would recommend this vacuum for sure.

This is my 2nd dyson. I got 12 years out of my first one. This one is a little different than my 1st, but still works just as good regarding the suction power. It is harder to make it stand up straight, and the attachment hose isn't as easy to get back in and out. Otherwise I would have rated it a 5.

We had a first gen Dyson for at least 10 yrs. It finally got a little tired so we bought a new one. The new Dyson (for pets) really is a great vacuum. High suction and is a night and day difference from our old one. Very satisfied with this purchase!

This is our third Dyson and all have been ‘Animals.’ We are a very pet-friendly home, so we need a vacuum that can withstand regular punishment and this one consistently delivers!

I love this vacuum so much! Seriously the BEST! I plan on buying another for our upstairs! We have 2 labs and they shed so much! I’ve owned so many sharks and Bissels and nothing compares to this!

I've got two german shepherd's and two cats living in the same house. We put a beating on vacuum cleaners.. this one picked up so much hair that I was able to see the actual color of the carpet.

Very pleased with purchasing. Vacuumed with my old vacuum cleaner (nothing wrong with it) and vacuumed with new. Picked up more dirt. Like you the way it handled when using and very easy to assemble.

This is the best vacuum I have ever had.The dyson pet picks up dog hair easily.

This vacuum cleaner is the best one I've owned. Our german shepherd sheds like mad and drives my wife insane. This vacuum gets every hair off all the floor surfaces we have: wood, tile, and carpet. It's too heavy for her to use on the stairs, though.

I’ve owned a few dysons in my adult life and this one takes the cake. Easy to use and suction hose and attachments are longer than I expected. I can reach every corner of my home with this vacuum. Best purchase in a while!!

The suckage on this is great. I don't like how fussy it can be to get it to sit in the upright position. I also knock off one of the attachments off the side on a regular basis. Overall, the quality seems a lot cheaper than my last Dyson, which lasted me over 10 years. That was a durable vacuum! Only reason I had to buy a new one is I was at top of the stairs, bumped into it and it did not survive the last of many falls, and knock overs. This new one, looks like it might break if I look at it cross eyed. Giving 3 star is for how well it does vacuum though. The lack of two star is for how I'm not impressed with how cheap it seems, compared to my last dyson.

The Dyson-Ball Animal 2 Upright Vacuum is by far the best suction vacuum we have ever owned. Our two dogs shed a lot and their fur is no match for this vacuum. I definitely recommend this Dyson.

Love this vacuum. I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. It picks up dog hair great and many other things. It is easy to use and easy to empty the dirty container. I have not had it long, but it is working great.
