We have had a Pomeranian for 7+ years now and our 15-year old vacuum wasn't rated well for pet hair. Using this Dyson has been a night and day difference for our carpet.

Awesome vacuum Very nice and reliable I recommend 100%

3 kids and a dog and this thing never stops. It loves cereal, Vegi sticks and other fun that my kids throw on the floor. Leaves the carpet clean and fresh and ready for the next round with my kids.

This is my 2nd dyson and by far this was a big improvement. Leaves the carpet much cleaner with the stronger suction than the previous model. Very happy with this new purchase!!

Very happy with this vacuum. It picks up all the dirt and the suction is amazing. Only problem we have noticed is its very hard to push on our area rug. Other then that it's a great vacuum

What a great vacuum! Was skeptical of the Ball mechanism but it makes it roll so much easier than our older Dyson. And picks up as much or more dirt than the old one. Very much worth the money!!

I was very disappointed in this vacuum cleaner. I used it three times and then it started smelling like burn items or burning hair. I’ve tried to fix it several times and it doesn’t work. The hair is not stuck on the wheel itself so it’s not that. It looks nice and it’s not that heavy but it does vacuum with a lot of force which could be detrimental to some finer rugs. There is no switch for a softer vacuum pull.

One of the best vacuums i have ever owned! Especially having an Eskimo dog that sheds soo much, this vacuum literally saves my life!

Did research on a lot of vacuums. I wanted something that would do great with 3 dogs. It’s a powerful machine. Definitely would recommend if you don’t mind spending the money. You will notice a difference.

This vacuum has great suction and picks up everything. I like that I don't have to adjust the height from carpets to hardwood floors. My only complaint is that it is a bit heavier than I thought and it takes some time getting used to maneuvering it.

Purchased 4 different vacuums to test out and this one came out on top. Mobility is superb and is quick to pick up any type of gunk off the floor/carpet

This vacuum cleaner is amazing! The quality and durability is outstanding. I was amazed at the suction it has compared to our Shark we previously owned. I love Dyson products, and highly recommend them!

I got this item to be my first vacuum in my new home

Hands down best suction from any vacuum i've ever used on carpet and hard surfaces. BUT I recently had all new plush carpet installed in the bedrooms and the vacuum absolutely can't be moved on it. The seal is so tight it won't allow any room to pass over the carpet. I returned one and purchased a second one and it is the same issue. Final thoughts: +If you have hard surfaces and low profile carpet this is the best machine and worth the money. +If you have plush carpets this is useless.

Love, Love Dyson! It's my 3 vacuum by Dyson, first one is 15 y.o. and still working great. I have 10 pets and only Dyson doing a really good job!
