Product was great until the spindle broke on the head of the vacuum with no particular reason. This thing barely saw 2 years worth of vacuuming maybe 4 times a month and it broke right out of warranty costing me quite a bit of repairs. Seems like Apple in a sense, funny how things break directly after warranty is up.

Had my first dyson vacuum for 13 yrs, hope this one lasts just as long. Using the ball takes a little getting used to. Plastic on this one seems a little thinner and cheaper. So far has excellent suction.

This machine moves so smoothly from floor to carpet and propels itself forward so it's like you're not even doing the work. And the suction power is perfect for my thicker carpet.

Awesome vacuum, great suction, extra long cord. You can tell the quality as you’re in boxing and putting together and especially when it runs.

Unbelievable suction! It took me three times of emptying the chamber to get my carpet clean! I had a whole dog in my carpet! I don't know why I waited so long to get one!

We have owned Dyson products before and have been happy with them. The same goes for this one until maybe 11 months in.It started to smell like there was something electrical burning. Turned it off to give it a break for a day and when reused it started smelling again after about 10min. I can no longer use this expensive vacuum!!! Maybe Dyson has started to build junk like 90% of the other companies.

This is simply the best vacuum cleaner I've ever owned. The price is high but it's worth it. Picks up everything on your floor, maybe even your dog or cat if your not careful.

Finally chipped in to upgrade to this vacuum and to see what it was pulling up versus the old vacuum I had was disgusting. I had been living in filth! Great vacuum

We love this vacuum we have waited on getting a stain but decided it was worth the investment now. Wouldn’t switch to another after using this.

Favorite vacuums ever! It isn't as easy as my last one to turn it, but has a nice large canister and great attachments. The pet attachment works very well on my microsuede couch.

I was very skeptical about paying so much for a vacuum cleaner until i used a Dyson. I’ve had it for about 3 months now and highly recommend one. The strength of the suction is insane.

We only buy Dyson vacuum cleaners. We had our DC10 for 17 years and could have kept it longer. Dyson vacuums work well for our family.

We have been Dyson vacuum users for a number of years. This vacuum is the strongest we have owned to date. It does a great job cleaning. Be careful on plush carpets, as it can be hard to operate.
