Had the smaller all floor version (yellow) and this has quite a bit more oomph. Not just attachments. Very cool.

This Dyson is awesome, especially if you have animals. The suction is way better than any vacuum I've ever had. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this model after owning the original for 4 years because it stopped standing, suction decreased and it no longer rolled well. BUT I had/have a 2 large dogs who stay inside. EVERY other vacuum (2) lasted a year or so. Obviously this vacuum can’t be used to clean doorway rugs but I had no issue with area rugs. One of the wool rugs does create resistance, however, I want that because the pile is thick and therefore hides dirt and hair.

easy to use, great vacuum. while it is lighter weight than our old one, it is still a pinch weighty if that is a concern. spendy but worth it.

This thing has really strong suction, making it difficult to push/pull on higher piles of carpet. However, the carpet looks almost new afterwards.

The vacuum sucks up almost everything on carpet. I have had multiple cheaper vacuums that always break within 1-2 years. But Dyson have a 5 year warranty.

I had an older model and got this one to replace it. It works like a charm and really seems to get the carpet cleaner than before.

Great vaccum. It gets up all my German Shepard's hair up from the carpets and flooring. Although expensive, it was worth the price.

We love the vacuum! Only thing I would change about it is it being all plastic. With the price being expensive it has a cheap feel to the extension and other parts.

This product sucks and we are hsppy it does. With 2 dogs we collect a lot of hair, this gets the job done.

Love this vacuum I have an animal that sheds all the time. This vacuum gets all that hair picked up.

My first Dyson lasted 12 years. I need the animal hair but not fond of the ball. As far as performance it is great. Easy to clean the filters!

The vacuum is by far the most powerful vacuum I've used. The suction is greater than our old Dyson. It is a little heavy to maneuver for someone of small stature though.

This vacuum has so much suction, I initially wanted the Shark but a friend of our who work at the store showed me the Dyson I bought and loved it.

This vacuum does everything it says it does and exceeded our expectations. Get it when it's on sale like we did and it makes it even better.

This is definitely the best vacuum I’ve ever used. I have had a really great Oreck vacuum for years that I thought was getting a lot of the dirt out of our carpets but as soon as I used the Dyson I could see how much it was missing! The Dyson is very easy to use. It is a bit heavy but I don’t even mind it because it works so darn well! It leaves the carpets looking nice a fluffy and gets all the dirt out. The attachment house is really fun and easy to use as well. It’s a very powerful vacuum and great quality. I definitely think it’s worth the investment.
