Great for pets and allergies

Super strong suction

Good vacuum that’s easy to fix if needed.

The good and the bad

I'm amazed at how clean it gets my hard wood floors and rugs. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the hose attachment is NOT user friendly. It has constant pull back and requires a lot of strength to pull away from the machine for any extended period of time. I have arthritis and after just a few minutes of trying to clean with the hose attachment my hands and arms start to ache. I use the hose attachment quite often so this is a pretty big flaw with this vacuum.
