This is a terrific vaccum. Easy to empty, roll, and sucks up lots of dirt and hair. Easy to clean the roller, when needed.

POWERFUL vacuum! Best investment. I'm amazed at how clean it gets my hard wood floors and rugs. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the hose attachment is NOT user friendly. It has constant pull back and requires a lot of strength to pull away from the machine for any extended period of time. I have arthritis and after just a few minutes of trying to clean with the hose attachment my hands and arms start to ache. I use the hose attachment quite often so this is a pretty big flaw with this vacuum.

Want sure about it, the cost is steep. But way worth it. Assembly not for the weak of heart.. But so far been an amazing purchase

Dyson Ball Animal vacuum was my second Dyson. The first lasted 15 years. Having dogs that shed it was a no brainer.

I love by Dyson Ball Animal 2 Vacuum! Bust purchase I ever made. Over the years (many) I stayed loyal to another brand no matter how dissatisfied I became. Always had an excuse when they failed me. No longer. I am totally satisfied with the ability of my Dyson to pick up dirt that I did not think was in my carpet. A fantastic purchase. And I know that Best Buy will stand behind my Ball Animal 2.

This vacuum meet my expectations. After much reason I decided to invest in this vacuum and it blew me away. It cleans so good.

It has great suction. It does the job! I really like the way it cleans. You just have to learn to maneuver it because of the big ball.

Really strong suction... sometimes too much as some rugs it won’t move on unless we push really hard. Other than that great vacuum.

The only thing wrong with this purchase is that it does not have an American standard grounded [two different shaped prongs] plug. Because of this the plug falls out of some of my outlets and has blown the fuse for one of the outlets. It is beyond me how you can legally sell a piece of equipment that has an irregular electric plug. Again when the plug stays in the wall outlet, it works fine. I cannot recommend this purchase to anyone due to the irregular plug.

This is the second Dyson ball sweeper I've owned. This sweeper has so much power, it could suck dead bodies from their grave. Guess that makes this sweeper a super sucker.
