Why did I wait so long"

Over the years (many) I stayed loyal to another brand no matter how dissatisfied I became. Always had an excuse when they failed me. No longer. I am totally satisfied with the ability of my Dyson to pick up dirt that I did not think was in my carpet. A fantastic purchase. And I know that Best Buy will stand behind my Ball Animal 2.

Super Sucker
