That was in August. She asked for a quality vacuum cleaner which can pick up pet hair. It was her Christmas present. She thanked us by sending a photo of a vacuumed swath across her carpet. The ability to collect pet hair is unbelievably good.

Totally worth it

I live in a carpet apartment with a husky and a cat, and this vacuum kicked butt. Picked up twice as more dirt, dog hair and residue than my other vacuums! Best thing, none of the dog hair got stuck in the roller brush like it does with the other ones!
