Suction galore, but that's it, the rest is crap.

And that's all, nothing else is really good about this vacuum, I returned it for a refund after three uses. 1) The fact that the attachments are not attached means that you have to take the vacuum upstairs (Or anywhere else in the house) than come down for the attachments and when you are done it's another a double trip. 2) In order to use the attachments you have to take things apart, in short, it is a pain in the back. 3) The location for the hose for the use of the attachments is at the bottom by the brush, that means which is a bad design as you have to yank on the hose to reach the spots you want to clean which also causes the vacuum to tip over. 4) It is not stable when you want to just stand it up. I was disappointed. Now I am purchasing a Miele.

We're sorry to hear of your experience with the attachments. The attachments can be used on the hose or the wand itself, depending on your cleaning tasks. To use it on the hose, you can disconnect the wand and connect it to the hose inlet.
There will generally be two clicks that you should get when putting the vacuum into the upright position. These clicks are not always noticeable unless put into the upright position at a slower speed. I would recommend putting the unit into the upright position at a slower pace in order to listen to the clicks that occur in order to troubleshoot the problem. One click will be the wheels of the vacuum going into place. The second click will be the wheels locking into place. It is important to ensure the second click occurs as without the second click, stabilizer wheels are not able to lock securely into place.
