    This was my 3rd Dyson vac. The other two didn't stop working, the Dysons were good enough to hand down to sons and daughters when they leave home. This one had a problem, the carpet brush would not start unless I turned it off and on about 10 times. This was the only issue and Best Buy replaced it on the spot. Dyson and Best Buy still remain the best.

    This is a great vacuum! Out carpets have been brought back to life and we were surprised how much dirt our old vacuum was leaving behind. This truly has superior suction power! I will say, the hose attachment is difficult to use unless you are using it to reach the ceiling.

    Good vacuum but don't like the feel of the ball feature. Feels too light in the handling of the vacuum. Like the feature of the beater brush that switches to hard floors. Also, the edge gets close to the wall and maneuvers around furniture really great. The best vacuum they made was the DC07. They don't make it anymore. Too bad. Had it for years.
