This vacuum is amazing! The first time I used this I found so much fine dirt, pebbles, and hair embedded into my carpet that my previous vacuum couldn't handle. I was in the market for an upgrade so I researched which vacuum to get. I needed something to get fine dirt, dust, and hair out of my carpets.(I have deep pile carpets upstairs and low pile carpets downstairs) I found a channel called "Vacuum Wars" which showed which Dyson vacuum to get. He mentioned that one of the problems the animal 2 had was that the head bogged on the deep carpet. The animal3 changed that with its redesigned head. The only complaint I've had with this is that the head fell off when transferring it upstairs and downstairs. (The head attaches pretty fast its just clicks into place)

Vacuum is overall good However tools os cumbersome to use. The hose is always a struggle as you have to use the long wand that is the handle that does not bend. This is where you attach your tools. This makes the tools less effective overall. Need another vacuum for detailing because of the way this machine is designed to use handheld tools.

This is high quality and works great. Cord is not great but has better suction than a no cord one. I would buy it again.

Love this vaccuum! Wow is it powderful. Its bigger than my other dysons. I love dyson vaccums and own several in my opinion they are the best!!

My 3rd Dyson Animal. The first 2 wore out…we’ve had lots of dogs and use over 12-13 years. So when the last one gave up, we thought, why go with anything else? Read some mediocre to bad reviews, but went with my gut. Worth mentioning that other reviews mentioned that there is some other slightly different Dyson that doesn’t have the same kind of connections- attachments are designed differently and fit together differently than what I now call “Dyson Classic”. Those reviews were highly negative, so I made sure to get the Real Righteous Dyson. This one. Not sorry. Not at all. Highly recommend.

Pros: Many. Very strong vacuuming, works very well with animal fur and on carpet. Con: A little heavy and clunky, unable to hit tight/smaller spots.

Its honestly one of the best purchases I've ever made! I dont know why i didnt buy one sooner! I took over vacuuming for my wife after buying this thing!

New Dyson Ball vacuum is easy to operate and move around furniture. Lighter weight than my older Ball vacuum. Cleans carpet and easy to empty canister.

Gave it a 4 star rating, due to the maneuverability of it. Its just a little heavy for my Mom.

Amazing job at collecting husky fur, Dyson makes such great working products! And it has a dog brush attachment.

Very powerful and does a great job with clean ups ! But to use the hose is a little bit of a challenge i feel like.
