It requires you to pull a very long pole and is difficult on the wrist for spot cleaning. Ease of upright vacuum is excellent.

Steep buy in price, but worth every penny. We have three dogs and this vacuum cleans all their combined shedding with ease. Excellent product.

Amazing vacuum

A little heavy to maneuver around the house, but the cleaning abilities and power outweigh are great. Perfect for our house with pets and little children.

I like the attachments and best of all it is good on carpets AND laminate floors. I’ve had several Dysons through the years and I’ve never been disappointed. If you have pets, this is the vacuum for you.

Has amazing suction and is quieter than the cordless version. I really enjoy the larger capacity bin over the cordless option as well. This one is German Shepherd dog parent approved!

Great product

Picks up dirt, even fine dirt very well. Takes some getting used to, to lock it in place to roll when not vacuuming.

DYSON, Just another average vacuum now!

Unfortunately, right out of the box the unit weight compared to previous models made me skeptical and now I know why. The quality is now equally on par with much more inexpensive models with parts coming detached and issues with the usability with the handle and extensions. Dont waste your money! What a disappointment. I have always been willing to pay for better quality product but looks like Dyson has reduced themselves to just another overpriced vacuum.

The weight of the Ball Animal 2 (17.42 pounds) and Ball Animal 3 (17.33 pounds) is nearly identical. Our machines are still constructed from polycarbonate ABS, which is same material used in riot shields and crash helmets.
