    This heap was a clumsy heavy ox. I returned it and bought a shark. I love my Shark!

    Horrible. Can only use it on bare floors. No rugs or carpets. Can't even push it on carpet and sucks the rugs straight up into it. The suction on this is too much, even on the lowest setting. I've called Dyson 3 times for help. They offered to send it in for repair - it's brand new. It's not broken, it's a horrible design flaw. Do not buy this. And since I've wasted time with Dyson hoping for help, my return by date has passed.

    It’s a little heavier thank I thought I fell like I should have gone with the lighter weight one

    Well worth the Money

    This vacuum is amazing! It is literally bringing my carpet back to life. Disclaimer, this is my first Dyson so i disnt know what to expect. I absolutely love this vacuum. Just added 3 new dogs to the family and this thing is keeping the carpets looking great.

    I have had this for vacuum for 45 days and it is broken. I can not use it and it is past the best buy 30 day return policy so I spent $400 on a vacuum that I got to use for a month. I had my last Dyson for 15 years. It was great and I thought this one would be too. I am just horrified that I only got a month out of it, which meant I vacuumed maybe 5 times. What a horrible return policy.

    Its great as intended. Its the first wired vacuum from Dyson i get and still getting used to it. I prefer the flexibility of the cordless, only reason why i decided otherwise this time around is because the battery on the cordless didnt last long and eventually gave out on me completely.

    this is my 3rd Dyson in 4 years, this one stopped working within a week, parts were keep falling apart after getting it checked properly it stopped the suction so spend almost $700 and still not working contacted Dyson hoping they'll fix it. Looking to buy another brand now.

    I had a Dyson many moons ago and it was amazing. I found myself with a home they needed a good vacuum again so I bought another Dyson. Talk about falling off a cliff, this thing is pile of cheap plastic and May as well be a Hoover, it is is no way the quality it once was. Very disappointing.

    Bought this as it comes with pet grooming tool. The tool has a steel brush that can be poking and I have to use it carefully. Dyson should have added some king of setting to expose only what we need for the dog. Not safe to press the whole surface.

    Don't Waste Your Money!

    This is absolutely nothing like the Dyson Dc14 Animal, lasted 15 YEARS, son accidentally ran over something metal and killed the motor. This "new" model is not good at picking up cat hair (undercoat "fluff") at all and the "ball" is awkward. If I would've known, I would have never spent so much money on something that I'm very dissapointed in.

    So far so good . Switching the height for the roller increases it’s effectiveness and even though I read it didn’t think much of it until I used it.
