    This is by far the worst vacuum I have ever bought. I wish I bought the the extended coverage to return it.

    Tube is too small

    Is too heavy to moved around, the tube is too small, I need to pull everything around is not convenient just for the reason but it works good

    I used it for 2 weeks and stopped working. I just to buy the DD33 those are the best unfortunately they don't made it anymore.

    I purchased this item and when I got it home and had it assembled it does not work. It cuts off after it gets a few minutes.

    Barely 2 months with the vacuum and already it’s being sent under warranty to Dyson. What a joke. Don’t buy this vacuum.

    Does not work on carpet

    Wanted to give 4 star as it us working fine on hardwood floors but it does not work on carpet even reg carpet. We just return to Bestbuy .

    Piece of garbage. Hasn't picked up any cat hair. Haven't owned 60 days and it's garbage!

    Great vacume..only complaint is that whatever locks it in the upright position is week..soon as u touch it it unlocks

    Great vacuum!!

    I love my dyson!! Easy to assemble. Great suction and cord has an extra long length to sweep stairs. Love the attachments and ease of use. We dont have pets but we do have 3 girls with long hair. This is great at keeping the human hair under control. Dysons are A+ in my book for durability and suction!!

      Hey there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear you've found the Ball Animal 3 to be difficult to maneuver. If it's hard to push, keep in mind that your machine features an Anti-tangle Motorbar™ cleaner head, with suction control. We always suggest checking your manufacturers recommended cleaning instructions, for the flooring type you're cleaning. The three levels of suction are controlled by the slider on the front of the cleaner head. Slide the suction control to suit the floor type. If the machine is hard to push, use the mode on the left.     This vacuum is by far the best vacuum we have ever owned. The features on this vacuum are cater to some of the most important things that I have to tackle on a weekly if not daily chore. The bare floor setting is one of the features that I enjoy the most. I love this one because I can clean up crumbs in the kitchen, hair and dust off of the bathroom floor. Everyday we brush our hair, we tend to have hair that accumulates on the rug as well as the floor and this vacuum is so convenient, you just pull it out and put on the bare floor setting and you are good to go. I know this vacuum is advertised as a vacuum that helps with pet hair but even though I don't own a pet, it is still good for dust and everything else. I have throw rugs everywhere and when I went to vacuum them, it almost sucked the rug up, so in other words, this vacuum has fantastic suction. Being one that suffers from allergies, I am sure that this vacuum will provide me with the necessary suction to suck up lots of dust and dander. My only con about this vacuum is that it is very heavy. Carrying the vacuum from upstairs to downstairs is difficult so I just try to carve out a space downstairs where it is hand tube able to get to. Purchase this vacuum. you will not regret it.

    A vaccum to put all others to shame

    I have to say this is the best corded vacuum I have ever used. Just to get it out of the way, the handle doesn't come up high and may not fit a tall person. It may adjust but I haven't really tried because it fits me well. The test for a vacuum in my mind is how well it gets the stuff on the edge of the carpet and wall and this sucks it mostly all up without having to bend down and scrape dirt out which is a huge plus. The way it moves and gets around furniture and other stuff is a breeze and it really has great suction. The cord is long which is a plus but also a pain sometimes to manage. Clearing out the dirt is easy and free of dust spraying everywhere which they have perfected over the years. It is also fairly quiet for such a powerful vacuum which was a nice surprise. I love all the attachme ts and am looking forward to years of use. It glides around so smoothly and is almost a joy to use when I need to vacuum. Looks great, well built and easy to master. One of dyson's best products in my opinion.

    This vacuum cleaner does an excellent job of getting up cat hair of 2 long haired cats. The cord is long enough to do two big rooms without changing outlets. The tank holds a lot.
