You don’t know how dirty your floors are until you use this vacuum and see how much stuff gets sucked up compared to the old vacuum. A little pricey, but at least it’s truly the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased. Great for low pile carpet, high pile rugs and laminate floors.

Wonderful product

Great vacuum so far!

Hoping this new model will do the same. The cleaning head of this vacuum is a little smaller in width than the previous Animal 2 vacuum which is great because it reaches tight spots that i use to not be able to reach. I still prefer corded vacuums over cordless for whole house cleaning of approx. 2000 sqft. every week with 6 indoor/outdoor cats and it keeps up just fine.

Best vacuum for pets!

We have two dogs, and one of them is a golden retriever… They shed a lot. But ever since we got this vacuum, it’s super powerful with the suction and love the pet grooming attachment too.

I do agree with other reviews I have read that the quality isn’t as good as previous ones. It takes 2 tries before it clicks back into place when trying to put it back upright. That gets frustrating. I do love how good the suction is. Also the vacuum head is smaller than the previous Animal 1 that I have, which is disappointing. Overall I do really like it.

Dyson is the Best!

Looked at buying cordless but decided 30-45min of run time was not adequate for our home. Was hesitant on spending so much but this thing is a beast. We have a large thick living room rug that collects everything from kids toys to dog hair. This Dyson continues to pick up no matter how many times you run over the rug.
