Love Dyson, excellent purchase great on picking up all dog hair. Will never switch to another vacuum.

Hello my experience has been positive with my dyson vacuum. As for longevity time will tell on that one. I would have gave this vacuum five stars if the vacumm head had a light switch on it like the cordless newer vacuums come with. I am not referring to putting a laser on the vacuum head. I am simply saying a turn off and on light similar to the laser on the newer vacuums. It shouldn't be to hard to accomplish! Thank you!

Have owned Dyson vacuums for over 20 years. The previous one is a DC15 animal which I still own and use as it is still as strong as ever. This new one Ford not disappoint, it’s smaller, lighter but stronger. The detangler provides pickups in small places without clogging. The hair brush is great, just brush your dog and the hair gets sucked straight into the vacuum. Highly recommend.

dyson animal ball 3 is a beast. clunky and big, but live thenperformance

This is my first Dyson. I have 2 dogs and this vacuum picks up so much more than my old vacuum. It glides smoothly from different carpet types and cleans edges well just by vacuum alone without having to use the attachment. It was simple to put together. It is very easy to empty. I love this vacuum.

Other than being very heavy, the Dyson Animal is great for picking up dog hair.

Just love my Dyson vacuum cleaner easy to empty out easy to clean. Does the job at my home I even use it for my hardwood floors just love it thank you.

So for the past 3 years we’ve had one of those cheap stick vacuums, which don’t pick up anything and get clogged easily. First time using this and my carpet feels like brand new! Even got all of the litter embedded in that my cats like to kick onto the carpet! The one downsize is it’s heavy but honestly worth it.

It took me forever to buy a Dyson. I would always cheap out and buy another brand. Inevitably, it would break in 12-24 months and I’d find myself buying a new one. This has hands down been the best purchase. As a pet owner, cleaning has never been easier and so satisfying.

We had one of these older units years ago, these newer versions are much better, lighter, easier to maneuver and much more powerful.

This item is heavy and clunky and doesn't hold a candle to the versatility of a Shark. I bought this from BB for my mother in law using my Total Tech membership. I wanted a Shark, but the pickin's were slim and I decided to try the Dyson. It has a good name and longevity, and more importantly it was in stock and would win me brownie points w MiL. It vacuums and sucks stuff good, but it is is heavy and not easy for maneuver around furniture. It certainly isn't made with elderly needs in mind. It is oddly designed and not intuitive, even after reading the directions. The tube on the back as a weird opening that designed to work the way it does but takes getting used to. The front carpet roller unit comes apart from the main vacuum easily and this happened more than once in my 3 days of usage. Placing it in the standing position after using feels like your are "hurting" it by the sound of the violent click noise it makes. It just feels weird. Bottom line, I returned the Dyson to BB and purchased a lesser tiered Shark from Target next door. I felt I was betraying BB and my TotalTech membership but i needed something fast and in stock for my elderly mother in law. It may be good for some, but I prefer the simplicity of the Shark design.

Nice vaccum . It works very well and the attachment are great. Cleans well.
