This was a gift and replacement an older model! Iv used it a few times and wish I had one also! I have an older model and it might/day!!! I believe I got the animal one for dog hair…… FANTASTIC

I went a little out kf my orice range for a vacuum cleaner. I have a shark, but wanted ti try the dyson. I 1st vacuumed with the shark… then with the dyson. I can tell tiy, the dyson picked up much more than the shark… ❤️❤️❤️

My last Dyson lasted 12 years. Finally it would have costed half of what a new one costs. This one has amazing attachments and if just as graceful as the old one. The pet features are great because they pick up pet hair so well.

I can’t say it does not clean well it does, there is no blow back like most vacuums it truly does grab hair and dust well ( one Akita and three house rabbits and a parrot) that said it is very flimsy and designed for a shorter person ( I’m 5’10) so it’s awkward to use because the handle is short so annoying for a taller person to use. The handle and wand set up is stupid and pointless really detaching it to use the “ wand “ is a pain in the ( fill in the blank) for the 500 dollar price tag it’s not worth it and should have just gotten another shark.

Best vacuum ever. Don’t know why I drifted away from Dyson so upon getting a German Shepard puppy, I knew I needed one. The suction is phenomenal and I am super pleased with this vacuum! Thank You Dyson!

I love this vacuum! Not sure why I didn't buy one sooner! If you have pets buy it!

It is a great vacuum with great suction. My only complaint is that the accessory hose doesn't stay extended while using it, it coils back up when trying to use it.

Wife loves it, having two dogs & two cats it cleans up great after them

A beast! Much better than the animal ball 2 vaccum. My area carpets feel brand new. Works well on floors too. Easy to clean and yep have to dump more because the suction is powerful. This is not as heavy too, if you have had dyson ball before.

The absolute best vacuum I’ve ever owned! I have three long haired dogs and it’s does an AMAZING job with cleaning up all the hair!

As soon as i bought it brought it home and man let me tell you how much dirt it sucked up and dog hair worth the purches!

This was my first Dyson purchase. A little expensive for me just for a vacuum, but it gets the job done I guess. Very powerful suction though.

I have been using other brands for a long time. Used this for the first time and it seemed like had never vacuumed before. A++

This vacuum is amazing. It is easy to use and requires very little effort. The ball mechanism makes it simple to turn especially in tight places.

We love Dyson products. We love this vacuum other than the fact it was a little heavy and the cord was always getting caught.

I’ve had many Dyson vacuums in the past. The upright ball animal is strong enough for all surfaces, though I still feel the Big Ball Animal from Dyson is more powerful. But for upright vacuums this is the strongest!
