Okay upright vaccuum, but not accessories

Decided to repurchase based on how well my previous one performed. This is a downgrade. The upgright vacuum cleans well, is maneuverable, and empties easily. But the tools are pointless. The hose is too tight and causes the unit to tip over when trying to use the accessories. I have had to resort to tipping the unit over to prevent it from falling on me or damaging my furniture. As this is sold as a PET vacuum, using the accessories to get PET hair off furniture is expected. It would be fine if it was not marketed with accessories for pet fur removal.

Part that helped the vacuum stand up on its own didn't work and if you put any sort of downward pressure on the vacuum while in use it was make a god awful squeak noise

I don’t know if it’s worth the $562 (including tax) that I paid. But it’s a Great vacuum, the patented ball gives you such a fantastic turning radius for angles and let’s you get to unreachable places normal vacuums can’t. I do love the vacuum and wouldn’t trade it for the world; and probably will keep it for 20 years. Just keep in mind a $500 vacuum isn’t for everyone.
