Unit is very sturdy and has a very strong suction.

I have bought more vaccuums than realistically anyone should. This tops shark in every way - except durability. With with regular use i have had random plastic pieces crack and snap, although the motor, head, and ball mechanism are solid for sure and if this one died i would buy a new one same day.

I’ve had this for almost 3 years now best investment I’ve made so far.

This is the 7th Dyson Vacuum we’ve owned these newer ball ones are easy to maneuver around furniture. We’ve used them in multiple houses over the years on both wood, tile and carpet. Worked just as well on dog hair when our labs were still with us. I’d give it a full five but seem quality the plastic parts are not as good as the older Dysons

Well worth the price. Picked up an unbelievable amount of dust and hair the first time I used it. It has since cut in half the amount of time I spend vacuuming because it gets everything on the first pass. We have cats (and allergies) and we breathe noticably easier after using.

wife loves it! All I need to know. When you are using the attachments though, you have to extend the hose, and it doesn't work very well. It keeps fighting you.

Dyson vacuums sell themselves. Hate having to assemble it myself. But, Best Buy didn’t offer assembly even with a fee.

Works good but the pet brush was way not worth the price not only is it just one peace but my dog was totaly not going to let me near him with the vacuum on now his scared and runs under the bed as soon as i turn on the vacuum

We had an older Dyson that died after 12 yrs or so. When I got a new one for my wife and she tried it it was more efficient than the older one. Great job improving the vacuum!

This is typical of Dyson. AWESOME! We have 2 German Shepherds and this vacuum is up to the daunting task of keeping control of the shedding.

I have had many vacuum cleaners in the past. The Dyson exceeds all the lat we want it to do! Leaves the carpet clean, especially, with 2 dogs.

The assembly instructions could be better. The need to completely and carefully unfurl the clear hose when using the wand is not discussed. Other than that, it works well. I love the way in which the canister ejects it’s contents…easily. Don’t neglect registering the vacuum on their website.

Great vacuum for pet owners. Has multiple tools to help control hair and fur. There is an attachment to even brush animals and vacuum at the same time. Definitely a must have.

I’m pretty big on my cleanliness, and for some reason have always love to vacuum as a child. This is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever used! In the multi function tools, give it that added flair! Highly recommended for anyone in the market.
