Love the quality it is a Great vaccum. It is great on carpet and wood floors. I love it.

Very strong suction but cannot use it to vacuum throw rugs or any mat. The hose and pipe to use the tools is very stiff and not flexible - it limits movement.

The vacuum is very heavy and hurts my back when I’m using it. It is supposed to easily move around corners but because it so heavy, it’s not an easy task. I have had it for less than a year and it has a bad smell. I’ve cleaned all the filters as indicated and it did not help. In fact, it seems to smell worse. Also, the carpet does not seem as clean as it did with my previous Shark vacuum.

Does a great job cleaning, it is a little harder to push than my old Dyson animal ball. But doing a great job.

Works amazing picks up every mess my Pitbull's and 2-year-old leave around the house.

Hose isn’t long enough and vacuum sometimes doesn’t stay in standing position. Otherwise it’s a great product.

This vacuum has worked better than the original dyson ball that I purchased 3 years ago. The detangling action of the brushes work perfectly.

Great suction but that's about it. Doesn't stay latched upright, so I cant roll it around on the back wheels. and hose is an absolute joke, one of the worst I have ever used. Not worth the money, wouldn't buy another Dyson product. Super disappointed!!

This vaccume has been great, but i feel like i am waiting for the day the handle breaks off the at the top just from using it.

Used the Dyson on our shag carpet, which was otherwise "clean," and it filled up with dirt. Our cleaning person loves this!

I feel that the Dyson animal 3 is difficult to maneuver especially on rugs. Great suction but not easy to adjust, the adjustment is on the lower front of the vacuum and for the price it should be more easily accessible. Other Dysons I’ve owned have been much easier to control.

Amazing! Would buy again! I recommend the cord over cordless all day. Especially if you have a lot of carpet to vacuum!

I love it! I have not had to clean the roller at all. It picks up beautifully and I can set it for 3 levels of flooring. I could not be happier with this vaccum.

This is the best vacuum ive ever purchased and the dog grooming tool is amazing. Im glad i paid the extra money for a quality item.

Love it! It is very hard to clean stairs using it though. It is too heavy to maneuver the steps easily.

It picks up debris well, but is difficult to vacuum stairs as the hose is short and the base doesn't stay grounded. Seems like the design could be better for both.
