    Vacuum is overall good However tools os cumbersome to use. The hose is always a struggle as you have to use the long wand that is the handle that does not bend. This is where you attach your tools. This makes the tools less effective overall. Need another vacuum for detailing because of the way this machine is designed to use handheld tools.

    This product works excellently in picking up my German Shepard hair. I highly recommend this. My only suggestion is the hose needs more flexibility. When I use it to clean my stairs, I have to really pull it to separate and stretch it, even when cleaning my first three steps at the bottom.
