Okay upright vaccuum, but not accessories

Decided to repurchase based on how well my previous one performed. This is a downgrade. The upgright vacuum cleans well, is maneuverable, and empties easily. But the tools are pointless. The hose is too tight and causes the unit to tip over when trying to use the accessories. I have had to resort to tipping the unit over to prevent it from falling on me or damaging my furniture. As this is sold as a PET vacuum, using the accessories to get PET hair off furniture is expected. It would be fine if it was not marketed with accessories for pet fur removal.

The pet brush attachment which brushes and vacuums my Alaskan Huskies’ hair is amazing and doesn’t scare my dog! The furniture, wall/ceiling, and stairs attachment is great for going under furniture as well as getting an occasional dust bunny by the wall corners and ceiling. The clothing attachment to remove unwanted per hair is functional (but could be of smaller dimensions). The suction power of this vacuum is it’s best feature! This Dyson functionally has at least twice the suction power over the other four (4) vacuums I’ve had during the last five years - they also always broke! The five (5) year warranty on parts, labor, repairs and shipping (both ways) makes any thought that this vacuum is too expensive a TOTAL FALSEHOOD! This vacuum is WONDERFUL AND WORTH THE MONEY! I’ve already recommended the vacuum to five (5) friends and family members!

I had the old Dyson Animal Ball 2 and it eventually stopped working. I used my Best Buy warranty and only paid an extra $150 to get this one. It comes with the pet hair tool which works great and the new anti hair system is perfect so hair doesnt get knotted up on the carpet roller. So happy and amazed with this purchase!
