Love tye attachments and tye suction is awesome. The detangler is wonderful. As states in other reviews the vaccum is heavier to push around and doesn’t turn as smooth as the old one did but does well!

This tops shark in every way - except durability. With with regular use i have had random plastic pieces crack and snap, although the motor, head, and ball mechanism are solid for sure and if this one died i would buy a new one same day.

We’ve used them in multiple houses over the years on both wood, tile and carpet. Worked just as well on dog hair when our labs were still with us. I’d give it a full five but seem quality the plastic parts are not as good as the older Dysons

Picked up an unbelievable amount of dust and hair the first time I used it. It has since cut in half the amount of time I spend vacuuming because it gets everything on the first pass. We have cats (and allergies) and we breathe noticably easier after using.

When I got a new one for my wife and she tried it it was more efficient than the older one. Great job improving the vacuum!
