Doesn't stay latched upright, so I cant roll it around on the back wheels. and hose is an absolute joke, one of the worst I have ever used. Not worth the money, wouldn't buy another Dyson product. Super disappointed!!

This model does have very powerful suction, and a self-adjusting cleaner head which automatically raises and lowers to seal in suction across all floor types. The drawback to this is that the suction is SO strong, that it can cause the issue you are reporting here. We'd be happy to help troubleshoot and look into options for you. Great suction but not easy to adjust, the adjustment is on the lower front of the vacuum and for the price it should be more easily accessible. Other Dysons I’ve owned have been much easier to control.
