so far so good - enjoying this vacuum lightweight - easy to maneuver

Very heavy vacuum cleaner. I purchased thinking it was self propelled, it’s not. Very difficult to use and a waste of money.

It's a great vaccum. Very impressed with its cleaning abilities.

I wanted to see if this would be a little easier to maneuver than my Shark Vertex Upright Vacuum. I just finished vacuuming 2 area rugs and I'm sweating my butt off from pushing and twisting it so hard, very frustrating. There is no way that I could use the stair attachment and have the vacuum sitting feet away from me. It just kept sliding over to me and bumping into me making the task that more difficult and time consuming. I feel like it should have wheels or something... this ball is like so hard to twist and turn for different areas. I thought it would be a lot better based on the reviews. I guess I can finish my cardio workout by completing the vacuum job but I will likely be taking it back.

It sucks up dirt pretty well but difficult to maneuver. Stiff and is hard on turn. Does not stand up unless you give it a real big push forward when trying to stand it up. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase another Dyson. This is our 5th one and I’m not impressed.

Loved it. After using it I cant see any fur on the carpet.

Needed a lot of assembly with poor instructions but is a good vacuum

I've had this for 48 hours and attempted to use it once. This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. The rotor attachment falls off every two feet (five feet if I'm lucky). It's basically useless. If you were offered one for $5.00, don't buy it.

I have two cats and two dogs and this has been the best at getting up pet hair. I have gone through so many vacuums and I am finally glad to get one that really works. Its a great investment.

I had every generation of Dyson Ball and I can say this one the suction power is greatly increased compare to the previous. I have a great pyrnese so when I say it works trust me it works!

Suction is great, design could be better. For a $500 vacuum it should have a retractable cord. There’s about five attachments and there’s nowhere to put them. Super difficult to use hand held hose.

Works as advertised. Great for households that have dogs that shed a lot - like ours. Picks up with just one pass over the hair on the floor. Makes hair clean up very quick and easy.

I had to return my first unit one week after purchase, because the seal around the dust bin was very loose causing debris to not fully collect in the bin. I called Dyson and we did a full inspection through video and they determined that the product needed to be replaced. So back to Best Buy I went…. After a very lengthy process the unit was replaced and I feel they gave me a refurbished unit.. Yes the box was sealed, but everything in the box was disorganized, not in the proper packaging, the dust bin still had dust and lint around the edges of the top of the canister, and there’s many scratches up and down the vacuum and the cord as well. Buying a $500 refurbished vacuum is a hard pill to swallow.. I think this will be my final purchase at Best Buy. They are definitely no longer the store or have the reputation that they once carried. I’m very unhappy with Best Buy not the product.
