Can't even push it on carpet and sucks the rugs straight up into it. The suction on this is too much, even on the lowest setting. I've called Dyson 3 times for help. They offered to send it in for repair - it's brand new. It's not broken, it's a horrible design flaw. Do not buy this. And since I've wasted time with Dyson hoping for help, my return by date has passed.

It is literally bringing my carpet back to life. Disclaimer, this is my first Dyson so i disnt know what to expect. I absolutely love this vacuum. Just added 3 new dogs to the family and this thing is keeping the carpets looking great.

It just feels very heavy and the handle plastic twists when turning. It also doesnt do edge cleaning well at all. The shark was able to go right to the baseboards.

It does feature the strongest suction among our line of uprights. Your machine features an Anti-tangle Motorbar™ cleaner head, with suction control. We always suggest checking your manufacturers recommended cleaning instructions, for the flooring type you're cleaning. The three levels of suction are controlled by the slider on the front of the cleaner head. Slide the suction control to suit the floor type. If the machine is hard to push, use the mode on the left. Broke after ONE month of use.

I can not use it and it is past the best buy 30 day return policy so I spent $400 on a vacuum that I got to use for a month. I had my last Dyson for 15 years. It was great and I thought this one would be too. I am just horrified that I only got a month out of it, which meant I vacuumed maybe 5 times. What a horrible return policy.

Its the first wired vacuum from Dyson i get and still getting used to it. I prefer the flexibility of the cordless, only reason why i decided otherwise this time around is because the battery on the cordless didnt last long and eventually gave out on me completely.

I found myself with a home they needed a good vacuum again so I bought another Dyson. Talk about falling off a cliff, this thing is pile of cheap plastic and May as well be a Hoover, it is is no way the quality it once was. Very disappointing.

The tool has a steel brush that can be poking and I have to use it carefully. Dyson should have added some king of setting to expose only what we need for the dog. Not safe to press the whole surface.

Looking to buy another brand now.
