Love the HEPA filter, blows out very clean air! The carpet feels great when you are done and you can see the difference. It can go right under your couch, no effort. By far the best attachments I've ever had, cleans the stairs really well, can get all the corners in your house, duster attachment is great for dust on the wall, and more delicate surfaces. Love no bag or filter replacements. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I read the glowing reviews and thought this vacuum was for me. No! I need to control the suction, especially on some of my rugs to get the power head to move. I am NOT pleased with my purchased. I expected more from a "Dyson", especially for the price.

I am sorry to hear of the issues with moving the turbine head on your rugs. With the rug not being fixed to the ground, the great suction power can be causing it to lift which creates an air tight seal. It is recommended to use the suction control lever to control the suction on such surfaces.
