A: The suction is very strong, and I also have a Persian cat and an Australian Shepherd dog. I am so delighted with this vacuum I would highly recommend it. I've never had one so powerful before. The also allows you to clean hard floors with great suction. The beater bar is so light, and the sound is so much quieter than other brands I've owned.

Q: Is this good model for the stairs
A: It is lightweught enough to hold canister in one hand and wand in other so i would say it is good on stairs compared to other models ive used.
Q: What is the warranty on this and where do i get it serviced if something does break?

A: Hello there, This is Dan with Dyson. Stylistically, these are very different machines so it will mainly be determined by preference of an upright or canister model. The Dyson Ball Multifloor features 270 airwatts of suction power as opposed to 180 airwatts delivered by the Cinetic Animal canister. However, the Cinetic Animal canister comes with more tools and requires no filter cleaning whereas the Dyson Ball Multifloor has 2 filters that require cleaning with cold water and air dry once every 3 months. A: There is a button/handle that will adjust the suction. I decrease the suction to do the small throw rugs.
