“What is the warranty on this and where do i get it serviced if something does break?”

Hi Jessica, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Ball Multi Floor. Dyson canister and uprights come with a 5-year warranty when purchased new and from an authorized retailer. If service is needed, simply contact us and we will be happy to troubleshoot and/or book a repair for a service center if needed. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service

I always get the BEST BUY WARRANTIES with everything I buy. You bring it back to BEST BUY and they will help you.
