No instructions only pictures that might be okay for someone who has a mechanical skill set. Really wish I had purchased another brand. Can’t rate quality since It’s not assembled and I haven’t used it yet.

I can't risk it being broken, even though the warranty is on hand and amazing! I had to replace the bottom after around three years, and they sent it to me in 3 days! I am so thankful. As a Mom, Yes please!

A mystery to assemble - I found out through trial and error that a small plastic clip which looked like a throw-away was an essential part to securing the cleaning "head" part of the vacuum cleaner. The owner's manual features small print and a lack of clarity in the instructions.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have a cat or cats its a terrible design the cat hair gets stuck where the brushes spin, it goes between the plastic and the brush. Unless you clean it out every 15 minutes of use it will start melting the plastic and make the problem worse and worse until it fails. Dyson was kind to replace it twice so far but this is such an irritating issue . Dog hair and human hair is too course and doesn't have this problem
