This has been an excellent investment! The machine has great suction and the extension is very helpful for hard to reach places. A little difficult to put together, but definitely worth it!

This is my first Dyson vacuum cleaner. Honestly, I purchased it because by fiance had been wanting one for years. We previously had a similar sized shark vacuum cleaner. Minor assembly required however it is very simple. The vacuum looks great. The suction is CRAZY powerful compared to the shark and cleanup is very simple. Maneuverability is outstanding! The only drawback after a month of use is that using the attachments are cumbersome. The attachments themselves are fine however there is no length to the hose making it extremely limited in use. I have used it to clean baseboards and vacuum the couch, but it is difficult to say the least. Definitely not a dealbreaker but if you use the attachment, I would definitely familiarize yourself with the vacuum to make sure it's doable for you. If not... find another Dyson with a better attachment system vs. find another brand.

The Ball Mutifloor 2 upright is awesome. it has very strong suction it is very flexible to move around. It gets up every crumb it is great. It is light weight even though it may not look like it but it is very easy to handle.

Replaced a shark duo that broke on me after 2 months with this and couldnt be happier. It picked up dust and dirt the shark left behind amazing suction easy to use accessories I do miss the duo in the shark though but couldnt give up the suction on this thing worth every penny.

This little monster is so light & powerful it makes me wonder how my grandparents kept their sanity having to go back & forth over & over & over again to get up a spec of dust while this thing can suck my dinner off the carpet in one pass.

Was skeptical of Dyson claims for deep cleaning carpets. Tried it on a newly purchased carpet, worked as advertised. Deep cleaned the carpet and was very maneuverable with its ball type roller. The 30 foot power cord is a plus feature we did not have in our last vacuum.

My second Dyson vacuum and I love them. Suction, quality and the Dyson 5 year guarantee are amazing!

This is my second Dyson and is a companion to my Dyson Animal.I wanted a smaller light weight Ball Dyson for easier lighter handeling and this one does just that.Still picks up dog hair with ease.What I like most is it fits under kitchen cabinets.Where the larger Animal could not.

This Dyson has a powerful Suction power and moves smoothly from carpet to hardwood floor without adjusting anything

This vacuum cleaner is just about perfect for my little house. It does a thorough job, it is easy to clean and easy to hide. That said it does not get 5 stars as it it very hard to use near the walls and frequently I have to hit the same spot 5 or 6 times near the baseboard to pick up the obvious.

works well on both wood and carpet. Pulled out a ton of sand from one rug. Great beginning....hope it continues

The suction on this vacuum is unreal. I used scented powder for my carpet and my old vacune left most of it behind. When I used this for the first time it sucked so much out. Vacuuming is really smooth with this too. I love it.

We have tile, hardwood, and carpet and this vacum cleaner did an excellent job on all of them. It is easy to handle and to clean out. I would rather that it had a retractable power cord but it is long enough to do most of the house with only one outlet switch.

This is my 3rd Dyson vac. I buy them because the actually work. This one is to replace a 4 year old dyson animal 2 that broke and parts were not available due to pandemic shortages. The animal 2 was NOT my favorite as it actually has too much suction. It was hard to push and would suck up smaller area rugs. This dyson does not do that and provides the same level of floor cleaning. . My only complaint with all Dyson vacuums is that they feel cheap. For what they cost they work great, but I always feel like it will break at any given moment. If it matters, i started buying Dyson because animal hair is a huge issue at my house as my Australian Shepard is a shedding machine! We vacuum a full bin twice a week

Replaced a dc14 that was 13 years old, new model is lighter and more maneuverable. Suction is amazing, doesn't quite reach top of stairs, all but the last two. Wasn't ready to pull the trigger on a battery powered vac as my primary option. $299 on sale, can't beat.

This product exceeded expectations. It's lightweight, small enough to store almost anywhere, and cleans super well. I didn't realize my house was as dirty as it was until I saw what it had sucked up.

I’ve got two toddlers, dogs and cats, so I had hoped that my new Dyson would help me keep up with hair and messes- and it definitely has! I am so completely satisfied with this vacuum. I’m like a kid at Christmas every time I use it. The complaints of it being too hard to push are totally false. The canister holds enough that I can vacuum my entire house before it needs emptying. The suction power is fantastic, I’ve got hardwood floors and carpet and the vacuum transitions itself so well. My only complaint is that it’s hard to lock into place when trying to stand it upright. Otherwise it’s great! I don’t think I’ll ever buy another brand of vacuum again.
