Excellent suction. Easy to use. Great product! I highly recommend it.

Love it! Make sure you read your manual on how to remove clogged areas. The section is awesome and cleaned my hardwood and rugs to perfection. There is no comparison to my old vacuum, this one is sooo much better! Only area that needs improvement is the ease of the hose. The hose is much longer than my last but still awkward to use but has great suction.

Did online shopping to replace our old Dyson. A) not a lot of stores carried Dyson in my area. B) pricing was very high on the stores that did have them. Best Buy had what I was looking for and online price was what I wanted to pay. Went to purchase at Best Buy and price was $100 more. It pays to online shop before you go to the store to get the best price! Overall, I'm am very pleased with the purchase! Both on carpet and hardwood floors.

Before purchasing I read several reviews about this vacuum being too powerful and grabbing hold of the carpet making it difficult to push. This is partly true. It grips the vacuum and holds tight while pulling all the dirt up. We purchased this vacuum when moving into a new house from a townhome and used it as part of final cleaning. We were pulling up dirt from previous tenants with this Dyson. I am extremely impressed.

This efficient, I was so surprised when I first used it I found out that our carpet much needed like this quality of vacuum. I’m glad I bought it. It was useful also for windows but I hope the made the extended host more flexible. I think they intended not to do that because they don’t this to be multiple purpose vacuum. And that’s for marketing.

This is my 2nd Dyson. First is 17yrs old and it will now be my garage vacuum. Was happy the beater brush fits under my cabinets (my older one does not) and also the vacuum lays back quite a bit to extend under high bed frames, tall dressers, etc.. the plastic attachments seem much flimsier on this newer model and hair and fibers still completely wrap around the brush requiring manual removal.

I had one of the first Dyson vacuums they came out with. I loved it and never had any issues with it. When it quit on me, I was skeptic on buying the new style Ball Multifloor, as it was more expensive too. I can say this new vacuum is awesome. I was shocked with the suction it has. I am happy I decided to stay with a Dyson!! Worth the money.

I'm very excited. This is our first ever Dyson vacuum and I ask myself why did I wait this long to get one. It's worth every penny. It's light, easy to maneuver, and dare I say bring fun into vacuuming. It's low maintenance which I what I look for in vacuums cleaners. I highly recommend this product if your in the market for one.

Product demo was excellent in store (they will crush cereal on a slab of hardwood and carpet to demonstrate the “superiority” of the Dyson vacuum). This is a heavy, sturdy vacuum. There are times when trying to stand the unit upright on its own requires a few tries to lock in place. Suction power is excellent. Easy to empty. Good (not great) price for vacuum. We took advantage of the sale price and BB rewards points.

Overall happy. More suction than our previous vacuum. Simple too storage. The hose is convenient. Cons: wish it went under more/ laid flatter. Very poor on this vs previous vacuum. I’m sure it’s not but the extent to which is lays flat seems artificial as far as where it stops. Enjoy using it.

It works great, easy to manipulate and gets a LOT of dust. Works amazing on hard floor and carpet.
