Incredible suction, easy to use and assemble. Would recommend

I got it on sale but it was still a little pricey. Great vacuum for the floors. The hose and wand take a little getting used to. Very easy to maneuver around.

I had a older model Dyson that wouldn’t work on our new high pile carpet just sucked to the floor and wouldn’t move....I wanted to stay with Dyson because I like them but was worried this wouldn’t work either. But to my surprise it works great I can’t stop it for too long in one spot or it’ll suck down to the carpet but that isn’t a big deal.

I’ve always wanted to own a Dyson. I finally bought one and it’s just ok. Overwhelming funky plastic smell every time I use it (it’s been about 4 times now) that I was hoping would wear off but it hasn’t yet. Also, difficult to operate (switching from wand vac to floor vac is not easy). Also, it is heavy and wide. I have tile floors with rugs on them (secured with rug tape) and the vacuum is too powerful for them, sucking them up every time I try to run the vacuum over them, even on the lowest power setting. What good is a vacuum if you can’t vacuum your rugs with it? Just not worth the money. Only reason I’m keeping it is because, due to the powerful suction, I’m hoping the allergy attachments will clean our mattresses well. Overall, fairly disappointed with something I have wanted for a while. Would probably be more worth it if I had a home with carpet.

I don't know anything about vacuums. I got sucked into this purchase because I wanted a good gift for my mother; and she had recently installed new carpet. Is it worth the price, time will tell. Great for now. Only draw back is the way it must be carried, or rolled. I feel like I will break it each time I use it. Maybe I am using it wrong, but I read the instructions.

Easy to use, excellent performance, highly rated and worth it

I had always wanted a Dyson this came on sale and I grabbed it at the right time. I love this vacuum so much it picks up great good power. Only down side wish it was just a little more easy to open so try to empty before it gets too full or you will have a hard time opening it once it’s full

I needed to replace my vacuum cleaner, and decided to "splurge" by buying a Dyson ball vacuum. While I have not used it much (I have another vacuum also), when I have, it has cleaned very well. The first time I used it, I was amazed at all the dirt that it picked up! I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommene ti to everyone!

Replaced my 10 year old Dyson that was still working pretty good with this one. Expect this one will last at least another 10 years.

Although it is a gift for my son and his wife I know they will love it as i read reviews and spoke with others who love this vacuum.

Bought this vacuum as a replacement for a $130+ vacuum. Thought we should splurge a bit for a better set. This vacuum is a bit heavy and pricey, but it is extremely well put together. The suction is strong through the main carpet aspect and through the attachments. Altogether, this is a great vacuum as long as you can get a decent deal.

After going thru two vacuums within a one year period, each lasting only 6 months I was told this would be the one that would last me longer than 6 months. It hasn't been six months yet, but its doing a great job so far. We have 3 cats and one dog and two teenagers and it picks up the cat hair really well.

This vacuum really picks up the dirt and pet hair. The only negative is the difficulty of getting the vacuum to stand up right. However, the vacuum is worth the money as it cleans floors (carpets to bare tile) with ease and precision.

This vacuum is great - light weight and cleans very good.

The vacuum works well. Good: It picks up pup hair and cleans the rugs well. Bad: The holder fills up fast. It needs to be emptied often. The hose gets in the way. For whatever reason it does not fit well (storage wise) on the vacuum. It is cumbersome and can be annoying. That being said, it is probably the best working vacuum that I have owned.

The suction works great, but it's heavy, loud, and has a very small capacity.

I needed to replace my 10 year old Dyson. I was shocked at how much better their vacuums had become. I was debating between this and the Animal, but this one has plenty of suction... much stronger than my old one.
