Consumer Reports gave the Ball Multifloor 2 its highest rating last year, and it was time to replace my beloved 10-year-old Dyson that still worked but needed to retire. I jumped on the new one when BB discounted it $100. OMG it sucks dirt from places I thought were clean. Dyson continues to lead the industry!

I sent this back,I accidentally ordered wrong one.i do own one of these and it has been a workhorse.3yesrs and no real problems.

I previously had a Hoover & it only worked okay for the first 2 years. I have been wanting a Dyson because of the reviews & being recommend to me. I finally purchased one and wow!!! I had never seen my carpet so clean! It looked brand new! & the dirt it picked up? Gross!! I’ve never been so excited to vacuum before!

The machine is easy to clean and it has great suction.

Dyson sweepers by far the best sweepers and can never go wrong with any of their products. I’ve used several vacuums and This vacuum picks up everything. It’s shocking at how much more it sucks up. It’s definitely worth the extra money you pay. If you never owned one you need to buy one. It’s worth every dollar.

Easy to use, very powerful, great value for the money

I bought one 2 months ego as a gift for some one that just bought a house they work great the sucktion is lifetime the person that i bought it loked it so much that i ended up buying another one this time for my parents Last year i bought dyson portable(not wired ) for my apartment and it works quick and fast and great .

Love this vacuum! It has incredibly powerful suction and it is very easy to empty the cannister (no bags!). The only downside for some would be the weight of the machine, which is not easy to handle up and down stairs.

I had the original Dyson vacuum and it lasted 15 years but has finally lost suction. I purchased this new one and am highly impressed with it's effectiveness despite it being a lighter weight. I like the ball feature which mine never had as it makes it real easy to get corners. I hope this one gives me 15 more years!

Saw this on Sale at Best Buy after reading good things about Dyson brand in a leading consumer magazine. Between the Sale price and using some Best Buy Rewards we got a Great deal on a great vacuum That Sucks... better than any other we've owned. It picked up a lot of dust from a carpet we'd done the day before with our old vacuum!

Pretty good product. Strong suction. I'm glad I bought it myself because it was said that it was too strong for middle to high carpets, but that wasn't true, at least not for my house with 2 different carpets with 2 different heights. It worked extremely well. Soft front and side bumpers so you don't scratch you walls. I didn't read anything about that in the reviews, so that was an added surprise. Didn't give it 5 stars because I just got it and only used it once on a HEAVY DUTY project, and it did well. A few petty things that could be better, but you'll find a small complaint about everything if you look hard enough.

Happy with the unit been using it vacuums well There was a noise while my son was using the unit. I turned off turned it over looked at the beater popped the tabs there was a twist tie cleaned it up put back together good as new easy than to Dyson from 2008. Easy to use

After reading the reviews I was a little reluctant about this vacuum. I'm not sure what type of carpet some people have that wrote the reviews, but no issues for me. This vacuum has great suction, maneuvers with ease between couches. No problems at all getting stuck in the carpet. Much easier to use them my old Kirby.

I have owned 3 different Shark Vaccums over the last 3 years and they have all left me less then impressed. After using this Dyson I actually look forward to vacuuming. The suction is amazing and the width of it shortens the time to a fraction of what I used to spend vacuuming. I’m a Dyson girl for life now!!!!

This is amazing. I had the original yellow dyson that was on its last legs. So I bought this and let me tell you it's amazing. I would never buy anything else! Dyson 2 is worth the money!!!! It is smaller than original and lighter. I love how it turns on a fine. And the motor is sooooo much better. Love love it

Very good and efficient product with lots of power

This is our second dyson we tryed a Hoover and it was bad worked for 5 minutes at a time , we got the dyson on a discount so not bad

Totally love my new dyson. Its the first one i've ever owned but it works like a dream. The assembly was a little odd and when you're not vacuuming and locked upright it starts the suction in the top of the vacuum handle. that's a bit odd. But it does an amazing job getting the floor cleaned.

Takes a little getting use to , like how to turn it. But the more you play with it the easier it moves around. Do not let it see a small light weight rug, It will eat it & want more. I love my Dyson. It picked up everything my last two vacuum cleaners left.
