It is not flexible due to the design of the plastic extension wand that fits down in the hose. It does have the best suction for sure but another annoying thing is it falls over easily. I’m disappointed as I’ve always wanted a Dyson and had higher expectations....

The Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2 offers 245 air watts of powerful suction, along with our Dyson Ball technology, which makes it easier to steer into different places with a simple turn of a wrist. I gave only 4 because sometime the front brush stops if the carpet is too floppy. Also the plastic materials appears delicate but no craks yet, hope its durable.
