One of rhe best vacuums i have used. Have 2 dogs and five cats. It does get clogged on occasion, but easy to clear and has good suction.

We use these for our business. Very reliable. Great sucking power. If there is anything wrong, Dyson will fix it with no issues.

I love this vacuum. It's light and maneuvers so well. It took a little bit of getting used to at first, but now I cannot imagine using a standard vacuum anymore.

This vacuum is definitely a must buy. We were skeptical after watching commercial after commercial about this amazing technology rolled into a $200 vacuum that was most likely assembled in China. Well, we were definitely blown away by how easy we could switch from carpet to rugs to tile and the unit would automatically adjust for you. You can fill that canister up as much as it will go and it still keeps on cleaning. You do have to remember that there are two or three filters to shake off and clean every now and then, but it's a great unit otherwise.

When it comes to vacuums, Dyson is synonomous with quality so I was very excited to finally own one for myself. I used a roommate's Dyson a few years ago and was suprised how easy and well it worked. It sucked up dirt/lint/etc. on the first pass everytime. Now fast forward to the Multifloor 2 I bought a few weeks ago. It worked great on bare/wood floors! You can (literally) feel the vacuum seal onto the floor. The brush moved well on carpet as well. The problem that we encountered was with our area rug, which is soft and plush. The Dyson sucked so well that the vacuum wouldn't move. On our other vacuum, the height is adjustable to accomodate different surfaces, which you can't do on this Dyson. I was bummed and had no choice but to return it. Otherwise, it's a great vacuum!

i like everything about this vacuum. strong suction, wider coverage powerful but the reason i gave 4 star is that its hard to use in small area rugs. only two adjustments!

Awesome vacuum. My cat sheds a ton and this vacuum does great at getting all the hair out of the carpet. Easy to use and maneuver.

I bought this vacuum for my parents back in 2018. They have been using it ever since and it has been working great for them. It's a strong vacuum and will clean anything you throw at it. They have 2 cats and when they use this to clean up some rugs, the hair that is stuck on their just vanishes instantly. If you have a cat or dog, this will definitely get rid of that annoying loose hair around the house. Overall this is a great vacuum and they haven't had any problems with it so far. I'd recommend you buy this if you're looking into purchasing a new vacuum for your house.

Seems very solid product. It cleans carpet , wood floors and tile floor well. And I don’t have to worry on changing the mode fir each floor which is very convenient.

My daughter is allergic to dust and we thought of buying a powerful vacuum cleaner. Had some confusion with another brand and finally choose this. Good one and high suction power

Does a really good job on carpets and vinyl surfaces. Can be a little clumsy and I wish the cord was just a bit longer but overall very happy with it.

This vacuum will clean up anything! It is super quiet and very easy to use. My wife now vacuums everyday l, so I can tell she enjoys it.

It has perfect control, and the suction stays consistent no matter the type of floor or carpet. It sucks up so much left-over from the previous vacuum.

I would pay a couple hundred for another one. Works great, never realized how much stuff my other vacuum did not pick up until I bought this vacuum.

Light portable and very functional. bought this form my parents who are elder and was amazed at the suction power. highly recommended.

I love my new vacuum cleaner. Enjoyed how well it cleans the carpet though not as fun after using a few times since my floors are never that dirty anymore.

Pros: • I moving up from a Shark, and the suction is superior for sure. • It does pretty darn well on my thin rugs and hardwood floors. Cons: • The hose is difficult to and clumsy to operate. I'm really surprised • It does NOT vacuum thicker rugs. Fortunately I have only 1 thick 5 x 7 rug. I can get it vacuumed by picking up the unit for each stroke and dragging it backwards. But if I try to go forward, the brush just stops. It's too much for it. I would buy a different one if you have carpet or thick rugs.

Dyson is an awesome company and their products are top notch This vacuum has powerful suction and was really easy to maneuver (was worried it would be awkward but it wasn't) Great product!

Very nice, easy to assemble,,works pretty good and doesn't cost too much,will probably last me a long time.

love my dyson vacuum. hands down best suction ever. my only complaint is the hose is a little stiff at first . best vacuum I've owned
