Not bad for a vacuum

Good product with a limitation

The brush rollers will just get stuck in those area rugs and stop rotating, making it extremely difficult to vacuum them. When contacted Dyson, they want you to buy another equipment worth $100 to make it work. I was totally disappointed. As if Dyson was not happy making me shell more than $350 on this vacuum and they wanted another $100. I would surely consider some other brand which will not be so expensive.
