I have a taller kind of carpet and this vacuum cleaner is so hard to push on it. Called tech support and told me that I need a different kind of vacuum cleaner where you can adjust the height. I returned this vacuum with such ease.

Big and heavy

With that said, the suction is phenomenal and never ending. Once you get the hang of using it (and we’re talking about a 6 month learning curve) the vacuum gets much easier to use. But I still wish they would bring back the original model of Dyson because it was amazing and did not need to be changed.
