Big and heavy

With that said, the suction is phenomenal and never ending. Once you get the hang of using it (and we’re talking about a 6 month learning curve) the vacuum gets much easier to use. But I still wish they would bring back the original model of Dyson because it was amazing and did not need to be changed.

He was very knowledgeable and patient. The only problem I had was figuring out where the extension cord for the steps was located. I brought the vacuum into the store and the lady who helped me was also wonderful. Best buy gave me great service and I will reccomend them to my friends.
