I am pleased of how well it cleans, especially on carpets but I have a hard time maneuvering and I think it is just heavy. I am used to a shark that is much more agile but it does the job!

I have waited a long time to make this investment on such a great vaccuum! It has been a long time coming but I am so happy with my choice to buy this product! It is amazing and so versatile! You need this machine in your home!

It’s a Dyson so therefore it works very well. It does have a smaller chamber. I purchased knowing that but I have a smaller property that does not require anything larger than what it is.

We have had Dyson's for years, since about 2005. We recently lost two due to our house flooding and needed to replace them. It was an easy choice.

Well for 349 this better be good. I just traded in my stain vacuum for this better dyson ball vacuum hoping it picks up my pet hair better then the one before it. I’ll be back in a month for a full review.

There are 2 kinds of people, those that have a dyson and those that don’t. These are hands down the best vacccums on the market and if you don’t believe that it’s because you don’t want to spend the money on them.

why didnt i buy this the first time. I have gone through aobut 3 vacumms over the last year. the last one lasted a week. Worth the extra money in just buying quality.

Excellent- does exactly as advertised. Though it does feel a little loose in build, like a creaky LEGO build. Only time will tell Excellent 5 year warranty No brainer - Buy this when it’s on sale

I bought this vacuum as a replacement for my Dyson Animal. Its my 3rd Dyson in 15 years. The other 2 have been passed on to family members, and are still going strong. Im a Dyson customer for life. Best Buy had the best price that I could find.

Pretty much got what I expected. Replaced 6 year old out of warranty Dyson, that sounded like a 747 landing at MSP airport. This seems to operate about the same as the older models. Cant see the comparisons

Does a good job picking up dirt etc. I would give it 5 starts if the battery lasted longer and didn’t take 5 hours to charge. Love that it is cordless though.

A friend of mine told me that vacuum is really good and the dyson company give you warranty it’s so easy to fix any problem with it. So I purchased it and it works great. I love it.

Bought for mother in-law. The suction is great pulls out dirt from carpets great. Has a nice long cord. A little heavy. Easy to maintain. Dyson is an excellent company backed product.

Very powerful and easy to use. The slight assembly was very easy to accomplish. I worry about the "cheap" feel of the way the handle snaps into position when you try to stand the unit up. Doesn't seem very stable but only time and use will tell.

The Dyson ball multifloor 2 is a great vaccum with a smaller pice tag compared to it's other vaccums. If you want to see what the Dyson vaccums are all about without spending four or five hundred bucks I'd highly recommend this as your go to vaccum.

Heard they were discontinuing these models. Saw it was $100 less because the new cordless models were coming out soon. I’m glad I got it because it works well and I’ll never have to change the filter(s). Just rinse.

Probably the best vacuum cleaner I've owned. Dyson keeps outdoing itself and this one is well worth the money. Very easy to use, and sucks up dirt like a tornado.

Anyone can purchase a vacuum but what makes a Dyson so awesome. In my opinion it is in the maintenance. Dyson vacuums are not just great vacuums but they also are engineered to last and be maintained.

This vacuum is the best one I have ever owned. A piece broke on it and dyson sent me one within a week at no charge...customer service was very easy to work with.

This is our second Dyson Ball and without a doubt, they make the highest quality, best vacuum on the market. you will not be disappointed in the performance of this model.
