Occasionally, the agitator does not spin, you must turn it on and off again. Better build quality than a shark, and simpler to use.

If the carpet is very plush it will suck so hard that you can not push or pull it and the brush will stop agitating. My old Dyson had a foot pedel to release. The new one just clicks into place and during transport on carpet sometimes will release.

If you do have thicker or more plush carpeting, and are finding that the brush bar is shutting off while in use, this would be due to the brush bar sensing the carpeting as an obstruction. The brush bar will shut itself off, to prevent any damage to the motor.

Great suction and mobility

The only cons are the awkward transitions from floor suction to tools. The parts stick a little as you try to change to different tools, etc.
