Previously owned a Dyson "like" vac. Worked ok, when the actual went on sale I bought this unit. Should have saved the money and bought the Dyson first. Far superior.

Pulls well, easy to use, not very heavy and can easily reach uncomfortable areas.

I bought this vacuum after having experience with Dyson for the first time with their stick vacuum the V6. Loved everything about it, the functionality, portability, and lightness. This Dyson Ball Multifloor 2 Upright takes it to the next level. First off, the suction for the carpet on this thing is amazing. Its very strong and picks up dirt you didn't even know existed in your carpet. The canister has an easy latch to dump the dirt and works well. Dyson has that design that lets you get to different angles while vacuuming because of the swivel design. I also use it for my kitchen floor, forget sweeping, this thing does the job very well. Lastly, from the start, the install is very easy to put together, make sure you register it because they have a really good warranty policy. The only negative I would say is: the vacuum is a little heavier than I would like. My teenage daughters say its a little to heavy for them to keep taking it up and down the stairs. But this is so much lighter than my older Kirby vacuum I have, those things are tanks. This is my second Dyson vacuum product and I can say, I'm sold, Dyson only for me now.

I have never seen a vacuum with that kind of suction! It was fantastic - all the lint and dust and dirt - I could hardly believe it. I was finished in no time.

Great suction from this machine. No complaints from using it. Works best as a upright unit (as in the attachments and hose do not work well for me). My older Kirby unit was better for performing more task, however, was not interested in spending the amount on a new Kirby until later on. For now, this unit will work.

Never thought much of the Dyson vacuums but when two Hoovers let me down I decided to try one. Much to my surprise it is as good as advertised. The suction is awesome and it fluffs the carpet and makes it cushy again. Would have given 5 stars but the mechanism to release the handle is a bit herky jerky, and the roller assembly has a propensity to come off with a good enough impact. But overall the unit is awesome.

After buying our daughter in law a Dyson 6 years ago I was not impressed. But after us going through a S@$%! and a S+&☆~_*! and her Dyson was still going strong I decided to give it a chance. Very glad I did. Better suction, easier to use. Just a all around top of the line machine. Don't waste your money believing the hype from other manufacturers get you a Dyson.

Great suction, easy clean , it works very well on rugs, difficult to get under bed do to the ball

Great suction - cleans fast! I could not believe the suction and how the turning brush pulls the vacuum forward making the job much easier than having to push it. Also, I chose a smaller compact version thinking it would not be as strong as the larger Dyson vacuum which I also own -- but it is every bit as effective

My wife was looking for a new vacuum for the house. I did my research and came across a sale for this. It works great, very maneuverable and picks up everything. it is very easy to empty the container and the the handle attachment is great for hard to reach places.

It is a great vacuum cleaner. It is so powerful, that it sucked very fine dirt out of my rug which was earlier cleaned by professionals. Love it.

This is my first Dyson vacuum and I absolutely love it. It has great suction and sucks up all the dirt. I had an old vacuum and it did not suck up the dirt nearly as well. It is easy to empty the dirt out of the plastic tube, as well. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone wanting a simple, high quality vacuum.

Bought this vacuum to Get better suction and this vacuum did the job. Easy to assemble and easy to use. The suction power doesn’t compare to other brands or vacuum. If you have kids and have to vacuum all the time I highly recommend this high power vacuum. Price is a little high but makes up for the great suction power.

This is the first time I have bought an upright and it seems like it is going to be very good, picking up a lot!! I need to adjust to an upright vs. a canister.

Love the vacuum, had trouble with set up but I think that was just me . I vacuum every day and it picks up so much and I don’t even allow shoes on the carpet

This is my second Dyson wouldn't have any other. Awesome power. Love the extra long power cord. It's just an all around great purchase

Dyson is by far the best vacuum I've ever owned. I've always wanted one & I'm so happy I finally have one. It picks up everything, very powerful. Its very easy to maneuver, very lightweight & it turns on a dime so you can reach all areas. I also love how it moves & works seamlessly going from carpet to tiled floors.

This machine is a great weight and easily gets into tight spaces. Emptying the canister is really easy, and it cleans easily with an occasional rinse.
