Suction cups itself to the carpet.

Was disappointed to see how common this problem is and the solutions all seem to involve damaging a brand new vacuum which is crazy.

Cheap plastic

The build quality is significantly cheaper than the original. Plastic that bends and feels like it’s going to break, can’t secure the hose/wand without twisting the frame of the entire machine and a continuation of subpar accessories. Dyson cheaped out big time - there is absolutely no way this expensive machine would last even 1/4 as long as the original. Returning to BB for a refund.

Not happy

That being said, frequent obstructions in your machine may occur as a result of poor airflow, which can happen due to an existing obstruction or dirty filters. I am happy to let you know that most blockages are simple to remove and we find that most problems may be resolved through simple, yet effective troubleshooting at home.
The issue with your vacuum having no suction after clearing the bin sounds very unusual. If you are looking for an entry level upright Dyson vacuum cleaner for basic (non-animal) cleaning, then this is for you. In regards to the hose, I can confirm that we would essentially expect the hose to become more flexible with time and use. Not a good Multifloor Vacuum

My first automatic floor size adjustment vacuum
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The look is something like it was coming from a transformer movie, very impressive, as well its performance, really powerful, it has a motorized cleaner and brush that helps you a lot doing very little effort. The unit is a kind of heavy for my taste, but the motorized brush allows me to forget that inconvenience. Another really cool detail that I was always looking for, it is a long cord, and this one has it, 30 foot!. The quick draw telescope is extremely useful, I can reach my higher curtains and roof without to much effort. Very easy to clean the trash repository. 5 years warranty is a lot, and the fact that is automatically adjust for the different floor heighs, is so practical, I can go from carpet to floor and dont need to get myself down and change the level heigh of the vacuum like the others. Overall I am very happy with this unit.

Poor design

This product should not be on the market. They advertise to work on multi floors and self level however that is where it goes wrong. There is no way to manually change the height. Cheaply made....first one I received arrived broke

But my initial impression of this vacuum was not very good.. it didn't help that the first one I had home arrived broken (cheap plastic). But also the extended warranty I bought was misrepresented to me by the salesperson (Denise) and wrongly reconfirmed on the telephone by a second salesperson. So as a matter of fact I am not happy at all with the product itself nor with the information I was by the salespeople.

Don’t buy it

Good Vacuum
