We got this to replace our dying Dyson. This is the first ball design vacuum we have used and it really improves the maneuverability. Some people complain that it isn't as good as previous versions, but they must be getting every version that comes out. If you keep your Dyson for a few years before you get a new one, this will likely be a huge improvement over your last one.

our 2nd Dyson. Great product and warranty service from Dyson is awesome. my only complaint is that it is very heavy...should have gotten the smaller version.

of all the vacuums i have purchased this one is the best by far,I never knew how clean I could get my carpet til i started using my Dyson-cinetic big ball vacuum,the suction is incredible.

This will be my third Dyson. As my daughter says.....”we are either the cleanest or dirtiest people on the block”. Lol. It is amazing how much this vacuum picks up out of the carpets. Amazes me every time

Love this vacume , we live on the beach and have a lot of company the house is so much cleaner you can feel it snd my good wool carpets look terrific. It’s a little heavy but other than that it’s great.

This vacuum cleaner is the best! I love it. I don’t let anyone use it. I let them use our old vacuum that works well enough for their messes.That’s how special it is to me.

We just upgraded from an 20 year old upright. This thing is amazing. Cleans 10x as well and the fact that you can twist the handle and maneuver it any way you please make vacuuming so much easier.

The only vacuum you'll ever need. Great product all around. A little expensive but long-term it's worth it. Accessories are great and suction power is powerful.

Our house is 25% carpet and 75% hardwood flooring. It works good for both your able to turn off roller on hardwood flooring and turn back on for carpet. Transition from carpet to hardwood flooring works well also with the floating head.

Great vacuum cleaner. Picks up things you didn't even know were there. Been a Dyson owner for several different models since 2005...this is the best one yet.

I wish that it came fully assembled. The vacuum performs very well and is not as loud as what I had heard it could be. It is also extremely maneuverable.

Cleans really well, easy to use generally. The handheld cleaning extension is difficult to use sometimes (the tubing doesn't easily extend to its full length). Otherwise, it's a great vacuum.

this vacuum does everything it is cracked up to do... I could not be any happier.... well I would like a self winding cord which I miss from my previous vacuum.

The reviews saying how they vacuumed with their old vacuum then used this vacuum are REAL. I like the little longer cord than my Kenmore. The big ball does leave some furrows but easily prevented by adjusting your movements. The only negative might not be a negative, only time will tell. That is the plastic-sounding clicking when storing vacuum upright. Really doesn’t sound like a firm process. I prefer the lever or button to release vacuum. Buy from Best Buy when half price, still spendy, but appears to be well worth it. Tip: it can use the accessories from our battery Dyson stick (which we really love too).

My daughter bought me this vacuum, said she had one before and that I would love it. She was right, it has a strong suction power and easy to maneuver around. Love it!!

Finally, i had to take advantage of this deal of the day as this vacuum puts my previous one to shame. It does a phenomenal job on both my hardwoods and rugs quickly and easily. Just uses a bit more coordination with the tight radius.

This is our 3rd Dyson, we've loved them. We purchased this one to have on our main floor and kept our other one for our basement floor. Consistently great performance.

Bought to replace a different Dyson vacuum. We love it! We used it on an already-vacuumed carpet, and it sucked up more than we thought was there!
