A: Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball. This vacuum uses our latest cyclone technology which is the Cinetic cyclone technology. It is more efficient than previous models in that the cyclone tips oscillate at up to 5,000 Hz, separating the microscopic dust that clogs most vacuums. Our Cinetic Multi Floor only comes with the combination and stair tools. Dyson is committed to lifetime filter technology, this means the filters are designed to last the life of the machine, when maintained as instructed in the user guide. Our Cinetic motorized cleaner head has 2,520 stiff nylon bristles, which drive deep into carpet to remove hair and stubborn debris, as well as picking up fine dust from hard floors.
