This vacuum Achieves that. The only negative could be the attachments. I wish there was a way to attach them on the vacuum. I have already misplaced most of them. As I am writing the review, I am realizing that it is actually very frustrating that the attachment issue is a big deal :)

It's a Dyson, but not their best.

Where it loses stars is in everything else. Compared to my Dyson Animal (purchased in 2006 and still running like a boss but showing its age) this is cumbersome and quite heavy, which is particularly annoying since this model was designed to be easier to use. I still love Dyson but wish I had returned this particular model when I had the chance.

The Dyson Cinetic is a heavier machine; one thing that you may notice, however, is the brush bar of your machine may help to move the machine along the carpet due to the natural rotation of the brush bar. We had an old Hoover that finally gave up the ghost last month and we decided to get our Dyson on.. Not only is it better than our old Dyson it's more powerful, easier to maneuver and looks amazing. We have a Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Tower Air Purifier that is awesome as well. Dyson makes the best stuff and Best Buy makes it affordable.

Having to replace and wash the filter. So I stumbled on this Dyson. Easy to put together, love the suction. It's kind of nicely disgusting how much dirt this baby sucks up. I love this vacuum. It's easy to move around and guess what?????? No having to replace or wash a filter. Amazing!!!!
