Dyson big ball

The vacuum worked well for 22 months then it started making loud noises every time we used it. Call Best Buy and was told to bring it in, I thought they were going to fix it but instead I received a brand new one in a sealed box. Thats what I call service, the new one has been great just like the other one sans the loud noise.
