Compared to my old Dyson, this one is just not as good. One minor issue I can live with is that it easily breaks out of the standing position when trying to wheel it around the house. My main issue is that once the vacuum is turned on it takes, sometime a couple of minutes, for the full suction to kick in. I noticed this because I would be vacuuming the same piece of dog hair or crumb over and over again. I'd eventually hear the full suction kick in and then there would be no issue pulling up anything it was going over. Quite annoying! I would not recommend this particular model.
