      Hi Page, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use, you have found the Cinetic Big Ball Total Clean upright to be awkward and clumsy to use. The Cinetic upright vacuum features ball technology, with a central steering mechanism, for greater control and no awkward moves. They are also out first machines to feature no filters to wash or replace, thanks to the oscillating Dyson Cinetic tips located in the cyclone pack. The Dyson Cinetic is a heavier machine; one thing that you may notice, however, is the brush bar of your machine may help to move the machine along the carpet due to the natural rotation of the brush bar.
