It doesn't perform as well as the $90 vacuum that it was supposed to replace. This vacuum requires multiple passes to pick up dirt or whatever. The $90 vacuum does it on one pass. This vacuum exists for folks who want to spend tons of money on a vacuum. It doesn't work better than $100 vacuums. Oh yeah.. I had to have the head replaced. All of this before the vacuum was 6 months old.

The accessories are very difficult to use. The only thing that I might rate at a 5 star is the filter, better than any other vacuum cleaner that I have used before - but certainly not worth the high ticket price, as a good hepa filter alternate would do.

Defective Rotator Brush !

Had to return and the sales people were very helpful and ended up with a Dyson Cyclone V10 instead which I liked much better.It was easier for me to handle and more convenient than the Dyson Big ball

Not as good as my other vacuum

My old vacuum cleaner broke on me and i decided to go with a high end one. I cleaned my place and it got everything clean. It was a noticeable difference, it got all the dust, dirt and grime. It is fairly simple to put together took me about 15 minutes top to get it all together. The only issue i do have, it does come with a lot of attachments but they all cant fit onto the vacuum cleaner. Only two can fit onto it

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's not worth the money. on mine the brush stopped working and there was an issue with the filter. i called dyson for the warranty it's pretty long and unpleasant process anyway in yhe and they said they will send me replacement parts they did send the filter assembly and just informed me that the brush is on backorder it's been more then a year i never heard from them again

The drawings between step 3 and 4 sub step that required me to go back to the store and have the sales person to show me how to store the hose and wand in the handle. You have to push the big red button on the hose end connector to allow the wand end to slide down into the hose then slide the hose connecter up to fit into the holder and adjust so upper wand end is even to the top of the handle and then cap the end with the round cap on the handle. The suction is great, but till they fix and update the operating manual to show the substeps for storing the hose/wand I can not recomend this to anyone.
