Great vacumm! Easy to manuveur, light, and multi purpose.

Amazing vacuum cleaner. Have about 10 of these for my company.

Good vacuum for the first six months. After that time, the plastic ball that the vacuum moves on, which was attached to plastic, detached. I contacted Dyson, and they had me send so much information, after first dismissing my claim as ludicrous. Eventually they approved a replacement. From this point, they told me the part was out of stock, and that I would need to re-submit my warranty claim once it was back in stock. That was 6 months ago, it never came back in stock and they wont offer any other replacement options. So now it’s sitting in the corner, collecting dust. Other online forums are littered with the same story. Avoid Dyson,and the Outsize model, unless you want no customer service when their plastic vacuum that costs $450 breaks.

Avoid this machine. It is great in theory and much larger than the standard, BUT the VBall assembly on the motorhead attachment falls apart after only a few uses and they don't have any in stock - assuming because there is a design flaw with the screw holding it together. Been waiting for 5 months for a warranty replacement.

It’s to heavy, extremely loud and overall not very easy to maneuver.

It works great, but I do plan on returning it as I cannot hold that button down the entire time my hand atarts cramping.. I think if you had a larger hand, it would be better.Also, you need to make sure that you have a place out-of-the-way that the bulky thing can hang on the wall where there’s a plug-in. I was so excited for it, but in reality, my upright vacuum is way easier to use and store

Kind hard to handle for too long but does work great. Gives me reason to take breaks in between vacuming each room.. so win win?

Too hard to use. Hard time changing different parts and accessories. Did not hold power very well.

The Dyson Outside cordless vacuum, is a game changer. You don't have the need to be carrying around an extension cord, or worrying that your battery will die soon. This vacuum has an awesome battery life and super simple to charge when needed. It comes with different attachment and can be very compact if you need to get into tight spaces. The engine does feel a bit heavy, but it is not a deal breaker, I have let my 6-year-old vacuum his room with no issues and he loved doing it. The attachments it comes with can be utilized for different scenarios such as vacuuming a keyboard, vacuuming the sofas or even your car. To switch the attachment, it is just a simple press of a button, and the attachment comes off and the new one just clicks on. The charger plugs right into your normal house plug, and you have the optional bracket you can hang on the wall to make storage easier. The moral of the story is Dyson will be Dyson and their products are built to withstand the use and abuse you give them.

Bought this for my wife for a birthday gift that she wanted. Opened box and assembled the attachments , used the powerhead first it lasted 30 seconds that was it. Returned to store and received nothing but grief returning it , exchanged it for an identical one . That lasted a day until powerhead started making a weird noise and doesn’t seem to be running the same as new. Off to the store tomorrow and I’m getting a refund no more Dyson for me

Roller broke within 3 weeks. Extra heavy and suction not as good as the V11 model.

Not worth $500. I didn’t notice much of a difference between this vacuum and the one I purchased previously for $150. You also have to hold down the button the entire time your vacuuming (the button doesn’t lock into place), which is annoying.

I purchase a Dyson vacuum in June 9th Best buy was supposed to deliver it the next day which day did not reschedule vacuum to be delivered on the 26th did not show up then they lied and said that they attempt to deliver it which they did not and I was home all day waiting for my delivery.
